"For about ten years, my fishing crew and I have been guests at Taylor's Resort. We always have a great time and continue to be impressed by the outstanding walleye fishing within minutes of or housekeeping cabin. In 20 minutes we can trailer our boat to all the major boat launches on or near the Marblehead peninsula that give us easy access to the islands. We like Taylor's for a lot of reasons. The facilities are just what fishermen are looking for: boat launch at the resort with easy access to Lake Erie and Sandusky Bay, on site fuel, quiet, security for all the equipment we bring, lighted fish cleaning station, ample freezer space for filets, parking for our boat trailer next to our cabin which has outside weather proof outlets to charge batteries, cooking facilities for some great fish fries, air conditioning and comforts such as cable TV/microwave for those rainy days. Nearly every year Myra surprises us with resort improvements from remodeled showers to new siding on the cabins. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Taylor's Resort for your fishing trip to Lake Erie."

Our small, five-unit motel has 12' x 14' double rooms. You'll find them light, bright, clean and comfortable. Each room is carpeted, has a newly remodeled bathroom with shower, cable TV, heat, air-conditioning, small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and alarm clock radio. A gas grill and picnic table are available for our motel guests.

Rates: Memorial Day to Labor Day $55-$80/night.

Our sparkling in-ground swimming pool is 20' x 40'. We have a large sun deck, ample lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The recreation room is open 24 hours a day and features cable TV with VCR, a Foosball table, a freezer to store fish, and tables and chairs to play games or relax. Tabletop games are available at the office. We also have a pay washer and dryer.
