Our eight unique, individual cottages each have two bedrooms, a combination living/kitchen area, a newly remodeled bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heat and cable TV. Each cottage is furnished for up to six people with a double bed in one room, two twin beds in the other bedroom and a futon/bed in the living/kitchen area. (Two cottages have a double bed in each bedroom). All have a table with chairs, refrigerator, gas stove, dishes, cooking and eating utensils, microwave oven, toaster and coffeemaker. Each cottage has a large screened-in porch with glider and chairs, and an outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table.

Our private, secluded sandy beach is just the right size for wading, sunning or swimming. Boat dockage at our 125' dock is very reasonable with the rental of a motel room or cottage. Limited boat trailer storage is also available to our guests at a small fee.

Sitting at the dock of the bay will quickly become one of your favorite pastimes! You'll see historic Johnson's Island and the City of Sandusky in the distance. While you're enjoying the view, the children will have loads of fun at our playground area that features swings, a sandbox, sky fort, horseshoe pit, volleyball and badminton!

OUR RESERVATION POLICY

We strongly suggest advance reservations to guarantee lodging. A $400 deposit is required for each full week's reservation. All other reservations require at least one night's deposit. Balance owed is due upon arrival. If you must cancel or leave early, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to fill the vacancy, we will refund your deposit and/or balance. When you make a reservation, we will hold the cottage or motel room for you; therefore we expect you to honor your commitment. We generally do not accept nightly reservations made only for Saturday nights. A reasonable number of guests are welcome to visit you during your stay. If you wish to have them stay overnight, the daily rate will apply. Pets are not permitted.
